Gyo-Ja Lee shows you how to make Kimbap, a popular Korean fast food. If you don't like any of the fillings, try your own combinations!
You will need:
Place a sheet of seaweed on your mat and spread a thin layer of rice on the seaweed.
Place strips of crab sticks, cucumber, omelette, cheese and grated carrot on the rice.
Carefully roll the seaweed and the layers of rice and filling into a sausage-like tube.
Squeeze the tube tightly in your hands to compress the ingredients into a dense roll.
Take the roll out of the bamboo mat, then cut the roll into slices. Each slice should be about 1.5cm (½") thick.
The Kimbap is ready to serve!
