Since our last issue we have been preparing for another teacher training course, recruiting new teachers for the summer season and seen all of our other departments welcome new members of the LAL Torbay team. We have also played host to a very successful and productive two-day meeting of the Directors of Studies from our sister schools in Florida, Cape Town and Malta.
This month with a General Election next month we thought you might like to hear about the sometimes confusing British Parliamentary system. We take you to the sleepy town of Boscastle and tell you about the chaos caused there by the British weather, we then look at what our students have been up to in class and uncover the clues and goings-on of the English Riviera Crime and Thriller Writing Festival.
