This intensive course is for students who are seeking to communicate more effectively in everyday situations and gain a sound understanding of the principles of the English language. The morning lessons are designed around a course book and provide you with the opportunity to improve the skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking as well as enhancing and increasing your active / working vocabulary and grammar knowledge.
By the end of your stay you can expect to have improved not only your communicative competence, through the study of ‘survival’ English and ‘everyday’ English but will have also achieved a new level of learner autonomy and confidence.
The additional 7.5 hours afternoon lessons per week provides the ideal conditions to further develop a wide range of vocabulary and improve your key communication skills. Grammatical structures and vocabulary dealt with in morning lessons can be put into practice in these lessons, allowing a greater degree of reinforcement.
