The IELS Summer School for Young Learners is located just off the seafront in Sliema, the popular commercial seaside town in central Malta. The area is full of shops, restaurants, bars and leisure places. There are regular public transport links to the capital city, Valletta, and other heritage sites and areas of Malta. 

It is a spacious modern school, with open-plan lounge and reception with large plasma screen, 60 bright and airy classrooms, vending machines for drinks and snacks and a large courtyard, where students can enjoy their lunch and mix with fellow students.

Malta can offer students a total immersion experience in a warm relaxed atmosphere. The Maltese people are renowned for their hospitality and friendliness towards tourists.
