This course is for students who are seeking to communicate effectively in everyday situations and gain a sound understanding of the principles of the English language.
The morning lessons are designed around a course book and provides the opportunity for students to improve the skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking as well as enhancing and increasing their active / working vocabulary and grammar knowledge.
By the end of their stay the students can expect to have improved not only their communicative competence, through their study of ‘survival’ English and ‘everyday’ English but will have also achieved a new level of learner autonomy and confidence.
This is an intensive course for students who wish to have the opportunity to enhance the skills of listening and speaking. The additional 10 lessons per week provide the ideal conditions to further develop a wide range of vocabulary and improve your key communication skills. Grammatical structures and vocabulary dealt with in morning lessons can be put into practice in these lessons, allowing a greater degree of reinforcement.
Maximum class size is 6 students which means more individual attention and more opportunities for discussion and detailed vocabulary building. Smaller class sizes ensure that the students have a greater chance of getting a course that is specifically designed around their individual needs and expectations.
