LAL starts 2010 with the opening of our latest language centre in England. After months of planning and preparation, the first students have arrived at LAL London.

Mark Cook, General Manager of LAL London, said that he was delighted at the opening. "I can't believe the day's arrived and it's really exciting. The sun's out and our doors are open. What could be better?"

A lot of work has gone into making sure that our latest school, situated in the suburb of Twickenham, was ready on time. After comprehensive building works to create the school from former offices, everything from fittings to IT systems and all the academic and administration systems have been prepared by LAL's staff, and Mark acknowledges that it's been hard work as well as exciting. "I'd like to thank all the staff who have helped get the school ready", he says.
