      • General English

        Rated 5 out of 5

I've learned in LAL London school for 4 weeks with General English and Intensive English.

I think I've improved a lot during this time. I am very satisfied now.

The lessons I had were all very good.

There is nothing I would change about the lessons. I saw that all the teachers always did their best to teach their students. On the other hand, improving English really depends on the person who studying.

        Thank you.

I am really enjoying my stay in Malta. The mixture of activities is perfect – in the morning we have lessons and afterwards I can either relax on the beach or join sightseeing tours which are organized by IELS. And in the evening we have great parties because Malta has a very exciting nightlife. The lessons are very good and I have learnt a lot of vocabulary and grammar that we can use n our conversation activities. I am so happy to have made this experience because I have met people from many different countries and I am having a lot of fun!

      • Torbay

        Long Term

        Rated 4 out of 5

I’ve been at LAL Torbay for four months and I have only good words about my experience. I’ve improved my English and I’m so happy about this. I would like to say thanks to the school because I think that the teachers are very nice, all of them.

But not everything is about studying English, I’ve met a lot of people who are now my friends and I hope to keep in touch with them. Most of them are from other countries and different cultures so I’ve learnt many things about them.

It has been a great experience that I recommend to all the people who want to learn and enjoy it at the same time.

I’m very happy with IELS ... there is a great atmosphere at school! From week one, I had already felt at home. The teachers and staff are very professional and helpful. My English has definitely improved here and I can surely say that my experience in Malta was amazing!

Before I start talk about the English language courses, I should let you know a bit about myself. I am 27 years old and I had my last english lesson maybe nine years ago. In my business life I needn't to speak English every day. So I started in the b1 level (intermediate), after three weeks I was in the b2 level (upper intermediate) and I closed in the c1 level (advanced). I think that was a good job. I did my homework everyday and studied English very hard. Because of this I had only good results in the tests on Friday. But that was not only my credit, it was also thanks to the friendly and professional teachers at LAL London school. Not only the teachers but also the school staff has helped me every time when had questions and they were there for me in every situation when I needed support.
